Executive Cover - (conical shaped, 4-piece design, stepped, custom-fitted, RainFlap™ seams included, YokeLift™ system incorporated)

Economy Cover - (4-piece design, flat non-fitted, stepped, YokeLift™, RainFlap™ seaming selection available at additional cost, previously known as Integra 4-Piece Cover)

Rectangle/Oval Covers – (1-piece covers or if needed multi-piece design, RainFlap™ seaming selection available at additional cost, rounded covers may include stepping to reduce excess material weight)

Raven Secondary Grain Cover Protection: Exclusive WebNet™ (external net systems).

WebNet™ External Net Systems are available in heavy and light duty options and are designed in individual webbing sections for ease-of-use, sections can be added or removed without uninstalling the entire net system.

Raven grain covers solutions are designed with the user in mind, by targeting simple and effective cover installations. Our easy-to-use custom RainFlap™ seaming method utilizes an easy-to-seal Velcro® attachment for seamless joining of panels, removing the need to drag sewing equipment up on the pile to join panels. The Raven YokeLift™ system increases tarp strength and decreases cover stress from the lift ring area; the greatest stress point during installation. YokeLift™ systems are produced from heavy-duty vinyl tarp material and durable webbing to securely fasten on to woven or scrim reinforced polyethylene tarps for overall cost reduction, while still providing superior cover performance.

GrainMax – Scrim-reinforced covers manufactured with patented Dura♦Skrim® high tenacity string reinforcement laminated together with high strength polyethylene.

Protector – Woven-reinforced covers manufactured by weaving high-density polyethylene ribbons and coating them with a low-density polyethylene. Raven also offers a Heavy Duty Vinyl Material.

Grain Cover Literature

Raven is well known for its ability to produce extra large grain covers to fit your bunker. Every cover is built specifically for your bunker. The size of the bunker dictates how many pieces would be needed.

Yes, we manufacture an Executive fitted cover. The most common round cover would be the Raven Economy Grain Cover. It is a four-piece, non-fitted stepped cover using a GrainMax or Protector Material. It also includes the YokeLift system to help protect your cover from stresses caused by a lift ring. Each section is joined together with the Raven RainFlap system or by sewing the panels together in the field.

We offer some guidelines for putting the grain covers on. Most facilities have their own preferred method, so this is purely informational.

The normal method to unroll the cover is to pull it up and over the peak of the grain pile (width) and then unfold the length.

The 2 most typical methods of connecting Raven grain covers is to sew them in the field or join them together with the Raven RainFlap System. For your convenience Raven offers sewing machine rentals.

Typically Raven offers a discount program from January – May 1^st. Part of the program is we will store your covers for no charge until August 1^st.
